Just came out to repair my A/C… Replaced the capacitor and had it running in less than 30 min. Very knowledgeable and professional. Checked everything to ensure no other problems were present and offered tips for preventing future issues. Most importantly, they made the effort to come out quickly. Very impressed.

My upstairs unit stopped cooling. After calling Ben at B&J, a technician was at our house the next day. He offered to come the same day but it was me who decided to wait. Technician was friendly, on time and had A/C fixed quickly. Repair cost was unbeatable.
